Worship Ministry Leader
Purpose of the role:
To lead, oversee and develop Christ Church’s worship ministry, helping people encounter Jesus through sung worship, developing musicians and worship leaders, and building a healthy and creative culture of worship across the life of the church.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, normally worked over five days including Sundays. Some evening work will be required, with flexibility in working patterns.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Salary: £29,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Holiday: 30 days (six weeks) annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Employer pension contribution in line with Christ Church’s workplace pension scheme. A relocation grant is available where appropriate.
